  2. MTS Broadband is quite good in Andhra Pradesh Circle. I have found good speeds in almost all major cities here. The plans are also quite attractive for prepaid and postpaid customers. I have used the MTS device and routed it through a wi-fi router and the speed is great too.

    I have MTS broadband post paid modem. No. is 8two2fiv462nin10. I am not getting any bill either thro post or to my mail id. When I approach the MTS offfice in 1oo feet road, Tatabad, Coimbatore [TN], the response is poor. Without getting bill, I find difficulty in paying monthly bills. Often the net connection is disconnected for want of non payment. Without knowing the amount in either mode, how can I pay bill?. The service provided by the customer care in coimbatore is very poor. I am very much distressed about the poor attitutude of MTS staff. Kindly send bill to my mail id at least from now onwards. Also inform me the details of payment thro on line. Thanks, V. Akila.

  14. I bought an MTS stick (pen drive). As it is prepaid, every time I have to go to the shop and do it. The shop owners do not have sufficient limit and recharging also is not properly being done. Lot of my time is being wasted in running around behind them. Earlier when the stick was inserted, M Blaze site was opening. Now that is not opening. I am not able to recharge it on line. Kindly guide me how to recharge it on line. Kindly send yr reply to my mail id please.

Network is always down,speed is almost nil even if you recharge for unlimited pack, the customet care guy ‘ll take you through all those trouble shooting stuffs”Please change the mode to Hybrid to Broadband and Broadband to Hybrid” but it hardly works out sometimes, just to satisfy the customer, they would launch a complaint, but they never come up with solutions, 5 of my friends left the connection. need to think 10 times before recharging

    mts broadband customer care really sucks big time.last month i did an online recharge will didnt reflect in my balance and when i called them up first guy came on the line said,it could be a technical glitch so try doing it again.second guy said wait for another one hour,and if it still dosent show up,the money will be refunded in 10 days back into your account.and finaly it reflected after some 6 hours.
    this month,did a recharge of 999 and its been 5hours,and speaking to two customer service guys,it still dosent reflect in my balance.
    Also even after selecting for english speaking service the people who come on the line dosent seem to understand a word of it.
    they dont listen to your problem at all,goes on and on rambling oh we are very sorry,and gives you stupid solutions which keep changing with every new support person you are forced to speak with.

I had recharge for 96 from a retail shop on my mblaze (9143967725) and the shop from where i had recharged gave me a reciept that the transection was sucessfull, but when i tried to use my mblaze i could not access the internet, i called customer care to inquire what was wrong, since i didn’t have any mts sim i had to call from a diffent operator no. i called 4 times but non of the response i got was satisfactory, the first executive gave me a number to call on that number (955) i told him i dont have mts conn. and he told me i could call that number from any conn.

    the second executive told that no recharge was made on my number on that date and was told to inform the retail shop from where i recharged, i went and told the retailer that i was told like this by the executive, then i got the reply the recharged has already been made and there was a trasection id on the reciept and was told to give the transection id to the customer care exectives.

    i called again to give the executive but the executive who picked the phone went on speaking in Bangali which i couldnt speak, and when i asked him if he could speak in hindi or english or transfer my called to someone who could speak he just kept my call unattended, i could hear the voices coming from his co workers from behind but couldnt couldnt hear any of his voice. i had to hang up the call.

    i called again and another executive picked my called he told me the same that no recharge was made on my number on that date, i told him i have made the recharge and i have the transection id of the recharge i have made but he was not ready to go any further, i ask him if he could transfer my call to his supervisor. then he transfered my call but nobody picked my call, he picked again and said that the supervisor could not be reached at the moment, he transfered my called again, a waited again for more then a minute then somebody picked the phone but didnt reply anything, it was silent for half a minute and i was disconnected.

    I just wasted 96 on recharge on my mblaze and another 30 of my phone balance on the call made to the customer care.

    The strangest thing was when i tried to see if it was working after 2 days of making the recharge it was working when i had not even made any recharge on that day or the previous day and my balance was 0.

    I had recharged earlier for 96 four times from which i was able to use only 2 of the recharge i made and i couldnt access the internet for the other 2 recharge i had made. i dont know if its the problem with the MTS or the recharge store i made the recharge from.

    I think i had made my life’s biggest mistake by purchasing MTS MBlaze usb modem.. customer care as well as their retailers are worst…they straightly refuse to provide services which they should provide as per the company rules… if they cannot recharge my data card then why are they selling it….

  25. Nothing is happening..I tried for two times.

    I wanted to recharge my MTS internet account for rs.348 by online.
    I followed the steps as per mentioned in this web site for online recharge.
    After providing necessary details the transaction gets complete but an message comes up by saying that your online recharge has got failed recharge again….did two times but nothing is happening.

    1.Is there any one in MTS who can listen to this comment and provide good
    customer service.?

    2.Is this option “Online Recharge” will work or not ?

      Finally i am able to recharge my MTS internet on line.
      looks like there was some problem with the website.
      But now today it worked for me at first instance.

  27. It is totally pain to recharge online from MTSBROADBAND.COM.

    I tried to recharge my broadband but it was showing page can not displayed after tried all the options (debit card, credit card). this is totall crap site to recharge online.

    • Me too the same case was faced.

      Pls try to re-charge on line thru your debit care. Once you get receipt of the one time pasword against your Debit card you can prefer to recharge on it thru the debit card.
