    I had MTS Data card and was using it on my laptop. Now, as you know service is not avaiable in A.P. So, I purchased reliance data card. Now, it’s not getting installed as it has some s/w conflicts with MTS Data card S/w. I am unable to uninstall MTS s/w from my comp. O/S : Win7. Any ideas? pls. help.

    Please dont buy MTS DATA CARD. They say the speed will be upto 3.1 mbps, but self after getting an unlimited 10GB @ rs.799 plan, from day one the speed never gone beyond 0.4mbps or 400 kbps.

    BUY IT and ENJOY THE PAIN.

    • yes its true, very slow, waste of time and money, even i couldn’t update my virus program, most of time connectivity disconnected so we have to start the download from the beginning

    I am sorry to say that MTS is the WORST company I’ve ever seen. Their customer care is hopeless and this company is a BIG CHEAT. They keep on sending you the message to re-charge even if your data card is charged/valid. And do not inform by sms / send reminders by sms the exact date when it needs to be re-charged. Another problem with these COMPANY is that they put your account on zero balance on the given date anytime. suppose they say last date is 7th. instead of 12, O ‘clock in the night (late night of 7th) these people take away the balance.

  9. I have recharged my MTS no by online payment at 10/02/2013. My balance cut from my bank account but i don’t get my recharge yet. I called on toll free no of MTS i.e. 1800-103-1900 so they told me that this customer-care will handle only hardware related issue. So they gave me another no. i.e 9145955955 which is for MAHARASHTRA. So I called on that number that time the person on call told that this is Karnataka number so you call on 9145126126 which is invalid number. I’m

    I have taken an internet connection from MTS MDN 9on33on7on5tw6 in the month of October 2011. due to the bad services i have requested for termination of the connection in the month of April 2012 and submitted a letter to disconnect wef 01 May 2012. I have cleared the bill amount Rs.1600/ upto 30 Apr 12 vide bill no. Sri Raj Teleservices No. 1245 dated 30 Apr 12. The termination letter was handed over to the office at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam on 30 Apr by hand and obtained signature on my personal copy.
    Now, the MTS company has filed a case against me in customer court regarding non payment of Rs.2766/- and I am getting telephone calls from Delhi and have been harrassed three four times. I have full proof of the letter which i have forwarded for termination and the original copy of the bill which I have paid in the office upto 30 Apr. My request is to intervene this matter and check up the real factor otherwise I have to approach for customer court for mental harrassment against this MTS company.

I had purchase MTS mblaze on 12th nov 2012 from relaince digitals anna nagar chennai.I was told that on an initial recharge of rs 501 i would get 6gb of internet at a speed of 3mbps.But after installation when i checked my balance & speed its just 750mb & 0.7mbps.I contacted customer care 3 times & did whatever I was told for technical resolving in my computer,Even after all that its showing the same problems,I checked it in one of my friends computer also,the same problem existed in his also. Now I again I called up the customer care then they are saying there is no such recharge for the amount of rs501. But I have the printed leaflet of MTS picturing the same tariff of rs501 & 6gb.But the customer care isn’t accepting it & are saying that there is no such recharge.
    Also even after 3 attempts they were not able to provide the promised speed or the balance amount in my account.
    I also contacted the dealer shop here at chennai wherein I purchased the mts mblaze,they are saying that after the purchase & activation procedures the rest all lies with the mts people & not them (the shop).

    I really am feeling cheated of my money and time.The customer care doesn’t even knows what recharge tarifs they are having or how to solve a smiple issue ,the company is making false promises.
    One more thing I want to say is that whenever u call these people they keep us waiting or long time after getting connected & on the starting of the call they irritate us by asking all the details of the user,ie when u get the call they 1st ask you the name & the 10 digit mdn no:,that’s ok, but then they start asking all the details that was given to them while filling the activation form like the mobile no, email id, resident address,etc . I can understand if they ask the name & the 10 digit no for verification purpose,its ok,but why all the street name,mobile no,email I,etc etc…?Are they doing some cbi work also as part time..?

    As somebody has already posted on net its a really bad experience with MTS.
    I think the company should show some respect & deliver what they promise to the customers.

  25. Am using MTS MBlaze Modem for the last 8months.Monthly monthly i will recharge for 500MB oly. November 2012 month i recharged for 3GB.I just used 1GB for 8 days. 9 th day dat 2GB were gone.dnt knw how?.i was shocked……..how it happens….?

    have got my connection this month of 16th . Your customer care
    department very clearly told that u will be given 1.3 to 1.5 gb for
    this month for the next two months u will given 3gb, i accepted. today
    morning i checked the line it was not working. when i called the
    customer care in the morning they told there is a problem in your
    application so she told to call me after 2 hrs, i made the first call
    on 9.35 am. Next i called back at 11.50 a girl attended the phone and
    she verified all my details she said your line is barred for the
    crossing of credit limit.how can i know i crossed the credit limit. Do
    you send any balances of usage made by me daily. before you have
    disconected the line have you sent any message priorly, that your line
    is disconnected because of this reason. still for now i havent
    received any messsages. Now before i am a launching this complaint, i
    called again your customer care some person attended the phone and
    saying that your line is disconnected because you have crossed the
    credit limit. when i told him you havent sent any prior messages to
    me, he is replying me that we have sent you a mail on 26th of october
    at 04.26am to my e.mail regarding they have sent an notice. still for
    now i havent received any mails. If you guys not making this complaint
    serious and taking actions against this. i am very serious i have the
    proof of your customer care person have talked with me and with clear
    proof that i havent received any mail from your side still for now.
    Now i am leaving this matter with you. If you are not solving my
    problem out. be ready to see me in consumer court.

    Kind atten: pls keep in your mind i am going to pay the amount till
    you guys prove you have sent the mail on 26th oct 04.26am. also if you
    prove just ask yourself a question whether the customer has to wake up
    early morning between 01.00am to 05.00am for checking his mails from
    your side that line is going to be disconnected or not.

    this company is cheater there aim is to sell there bullshit to the people with the mts blaze name.

    i will sue them in consumer court.

  64. My name is Mohit, last month i bought mts mblaze ( unlimited plan – Rs-999). First 10 days working 1.1mbps speed, after that the speed went down ( 144 mbps), then i called customer care why i am getting low speed. They said, upto 10Gb speed is 3.1 Mbps, after that you will get 140 kbps. Then i asked them then why you are giving unlimited plan with 3.1 Mbps. They did n’t give proper answer.it’s like a snatching money from the customers.they are frauds…
