        The customer services of AP is so pathetic. I have spoken atleast 10times and mailed to Customer Care but was of no use. They are actually selling a package saying worth 5GB is free for a month but making a balance as “0″ when i haven’t even used 1/2 GB.

        They are fooling around….

        I suggest dont go for the services of broadband….

        • the most pathetic service……even the customer care….! they dont even know how to speak to the customers,,,,,for instance i called up to inquire abt the plan and to get a new connection…..i was also inquiring about the nearest outlet to my area in Bangalore 08,,,,,the advisor kept me on hold for 1 min saying that he will check the details……came back saying that there are three outlets one in Banaswathi and when i asked about the other 2,,,,,,,he kept on hold without informing me for 7:45 secs….and cut me off……….!…..! REALLY IS THIS THE SERVICE MTS providing to its customer????????this is just bullshit….!

I just wanted a new connection but I guess MTS brand does not need customers because its almost 3 days my connection is not yet started. I can understand about the sales person but even the superior are irresponsible I have sent an e-mail to Mr. Gaurav ( Pune camp branch ) doesnot seem to be intreseted to respond my e-mail.     • Please dont think about MBlaze as it is giving very low speed, somethinglike as old dial up connection, and also no customer care support. Last three day at evening their server was down ,so its not a trustful connection at all.

  18. i got Mts blaze a week back . It is the most useless connection i have ever tried . The surfing speed is something like 33kbps … no, you are not reading it wrong 33, ….. 33!!! ….. Even the old dial up connections in the 90s were not this pathetic… i have just wasted my money and would suggest everyone – don’t buy it

      Somewhat similar case with me also. The balance will show up as 0. They say it is a technical problem but they dont resolve it and do not respond.

      I feel its their inauthenticity,loss of integrity.

I have used M Blaze while in India for about 3 months, mostly in Karnataka and it worked well, speed was as good or better than with the reliance wireless modem, i had to be in constant touch with a hospital in the USA using magicjack, which required internet connection and it went well for me. I did not require any customer service while in India

      My next move should be an FIR in the local police station

  38. Signal is full. But it comes page cannot be displayed. If u call customercare person they will simply telling dates that our engineer will solve this problem within 1 day. This complain I have given 3 weeks back but till now no response from them. If call them they will tell “Sir we already sent our engineer for some reason they got struck. They will say like that.     What sort of service you provide to the customer , during the sale of Mblaze your executive gives lots of committements and as days goes by you start showing true colours. Intially i had been told that the dongle cost rs 999/- and an additional amount of 1500/- will support me with 12 GB usage for three months @ 500/- per month, there after i will be in the plan of 650/- with 5 GB for downloads. Without my concern or permission they have changed my plan. This is really shocking what you do talk is not felt in later days. again i had been called from your office for a payment of Rs 250/- to be made, i readily did the payment of rs 250/- through Sistema Shyam Teleservices Ltd on 11/10/20011, i possess the receipt for the payment made. Now to my shocking the MBlaze is not working , i am not able to get your customercare for query to know the reason for the dongle not responding.

    I am fed up with your mode of support and service . I would like to cancel the connection and get out of your service at the earliest.

    Sorry that i had taken your connection in the pretex that i will receive good service , but it is vice versa.

    NON WORKING OF MTS MOBILE
    BROADBAND USB MODEM

    1. This is with reference to MTS Mobile Boardband USB Modem which I had purchased from M/s. Santoshi Telecom, BF-1, Janak Puri, Jail Road, New Delhi (E-mail : santoshi.telecom@yahoo.in) on 05.09.2011 under their bill No. 989 & MDN No. 9136090746. This modem worked only for 25 days after that this is not working, I approach Santoshi Telecom and they had asked me to contact to your service center ie. at M/s. Redington India Limited, UG-70, Jaina Tower-1, Near Satyam district Center, Janakpuri.

    2. I approach there and they had kept my modem bearing Model No. AC2766, given me a slip bearing WO No. NKP/ZM/11/00707 dt. 22.10.2011 and after keeping it for one month they had returned me another modem bearing Model No. AC2746 which was also not working. One 26.11.2011 your service center people ask me to contact your technical department on your telephone number 9136955955. Since, then I had registered under mentioned complaints and till date my modem is not working :-

    (c) 30.11.11 : One tele-caller called me on my moble number ie. 9811603716 and that modem from your side is working. I told him that I had tried it three to four PC/laptop and this not working on any of them. He said look this matter again will intimate me the status after some time. Not working

    (d) 01.12.11 : I again contacted to tele-caller and intimated the whole thing. He said contact to the shop from where I had purchased this modem.

    (e) 03.12.11 : I contact M/s. Santoshi Telecom and they said you go to your service center at Janakpuri.

    3. You, can see from the above that, how much frustrated I am, and now I had no other option except to consumer court for complaining about your modem/services, because I am paying to your product for a particular service, which I am not getting.

    I recharged my card last night (26 Dec 2011) at 19:34:30 hours for Rs 999. I am using this card since last 4+ months and every time when my uses limit is over 10 GB and after that my connection gets slow, I simply recharge it again.
    I made a call to the customer care number where my call was received by Preeti Kanaujia who told her designation is ‘Agent’ . When i told her about my problem, initially she told me that I am not getting the speed as my previous balance is still valid and I wont get the speed till that balance is over. When I told her that there is no such thing in prepaid card she refused to accept it and then I asked her to transfer the call to her senior. She put me on hold for 2 times and both the times it was for about 10 minutes. Finally she transfared my call to Anand Diwedi who is the supervisor and when I told him about all this and what all Preeti told me about the plans, he accepted the mistake that the lady is not aware of the plans and its a mistake and it will be resolved soon and when I asked for the reference number for this complain he said that he is transfering the call back to Preeti again, I requested him that please make me wait for 10 – 10 minutes as I am on a STD call and just because you people are not update and aware I am wasting my time as well as my money for using your service for which I am paying for. Anyways he transfered the call and again I have to wait for 10 minutes, then first when I asked her name and designation she refused to give it to me, and did not even appologised for the wrong information she was providing to me and told me that my complain is registered and it will be resolved in 10 days.
    I explained that I am here at my home for some work and i may have to leave tomorrow so what I will do with those 10 days, she transfered my call to some other guy Kunal Sharma who is the Floor manager and again I have to wait for 10 minutes till my call was trasfered and he told me that this is the technical support team and they cant do it anything there so they are forwarding my complain to some other department .

    I mean what the fuck is this man ?? First of all I am paying for a service which I am taking for you and for that also I am not getting the service which I am supposed to have. Just because of you people I am wasting more money on my phone calls in compared to the amount i am spending on the internet plan.

    Please @ seniors out there at MTS update your employees and atleast make sure that they are updated with the correct information and not to provide wrong information to the customers. I am paying for the service and being a customer I have the rights to know whats going on.

    This is the worst type of technical support I have ever seen.

    Guys who ever r thinking to buy any MTS plan, please DO NOT take it.

    I took MTS wireless broadband connection last month. According to my tariff i.e., @798 they will provide me 6 GB download @3 Mbps and rest @1x speed. But after 1 or 2 GB usages it is converted into normal dial up connection speed i.e., near about 10 to 20 Kbps speed. What kind of non sense is this? Even customer care stupids are also fake. Everyday they are giving me robotic response.

    So please be careful this fake provider before buying any kind services from these
    idiots.

    Hi,

    This is with reference to MTS data card #9133062001. I’m writing to you to bring to your notice about the service received on various occasions.

    Initially when I called for an issue, and after numerous attempts got to a supervisor Tauseef (Delhi office) who was very rude and not helpful at all. When I wanted to speak to his Supervisor. I was denied, and was told he’s not in the office. And when I requested at least the name of his manager was again denied and was told that they are not authorised to give out the name.

    After being on the phone for an hour, and talking to numerous agents who were of no help. I asked them to make a note of my complaint against Tauseef and others. They declined and said that my issue was not worth a complaint and they can’t give me a reference or complaint number.

    I just wanted to check my balance and find out how my recharge of 400rs got over in a few hrs and I was put through so much trauma.

    And now again today, when I tried connecting to the internet. My services have been barred. I spoke to Ashish on 11th Jan, with complaint #217593 and was assured my services will be activated in 4hrs and I will also get a service call.

    I neither got a call nor my services have been activated. When I called again today and spoke to Sandeep, he said that my verification is due. I fully verified my address and still asked to wait for a call, another 24hrs.

    Adding to all this I even rcvd an sms saying request #217593 is resolved when it never was.

    I’m totally disgusted by the service and need immediate action take and services restored. I work for customer care myself and this is definitely not customer service. It’s a nightmare to call these guys who are in Delhi, who have no idea of what they’re talking.

    If this is not sorted asap, I will discontinue my services and go elsewhere. And not to forget the bad name MTS is going to get on twitter n FB.

    This is ridiculous even after 24hrs, I he neither got a call or an email for the complaint.

    What’s the whole point of having nodal and appellate heads when you can’t even address a customers concern. It’s a shame that you guys are still in business.

    I hv lost all faith in your service. And I have decided to discontinue my services. I will ensure that everyone I know does not ever do business with you ever.

    A promise to give a speed up to 3.1 mbps but the speed I got was hardly around 400 kbps.I know it’s theoretically possible but not practically now. I talked CC about it several times regarding speed related problem and he said I have send the e-mail to technical department,They just told me someone visit my place or someone talked to me and resolve the given issue soon. That did’t happen.
    Now tell me what I have to do???
    Isn’t a long time given to retrieve the solution??
    No need to make a commitment to do which is fake.

      I use Reliance and I wanted to have MTS also. Ineed both After i bought MTS I was told MTS will not work if Reliance is there.So i could not use MTS ever and asked them to disconnect and so far i have never used MTS.
      I am surprised that you are charging me inspite of my request for disconnection.

    I was so disappointed the MTS PULSE Mobile Phone. Since the time I have bought I was facing the battery backup problem. Battery is so terrible it was hardly 2 to 2.30 hours talk time maximum. USB charger won’t work at all it take more then 4 hour to charge from USB, Processor is so low speed. But the sales peoples saying 4 hours talk time totally wrong. Battery backup is not supporting to use handset features in proper manner. I was escalated to the sales manager and Customer Care on time. But the result was very bad experience very worst Customer Care service. MTS sales peoples initially talking with agreement copy will provided to customer by signed both the parties but they don’t give agreement copy. Purchase Invoice of MTS Pulse not provided. Service aspects were not in HTC service Center. Actually I was totally disappointed the MTS HTC pulse Phone. Please anybody having the same problem plz. Call me. My phone is 8122992299. I am hardly trying to come out of the issue. But the MTS is forcing me to use the phone. What to do? How to pay monthly bill without using the phone. At present my phone was MTS HTC Pulse service centre.

    The sales guy when he gave the connection, he told me that you will have to pay 999/- for device and for first 2 months there would be any usage charge for it.
    He also told that first 512 mb in a month would be given at 3 mbps and the rest usage would be at 144 kbps. To be precisely he also told that no rental charges for first 2 months. The confirmation call from MTS suppost said the same as mentioned by the sales guy.

    Now I am shocked when I got my bill last week. It says I will have to pay 110/ rs for last month as a post paid monthly rental charges and for this month i will have to pay 330.When I called customer support team y’day they told that I was fooled by the sales guy and there is no such plan. If that is the case how come the confirmation call from MTS stated the same. The sales guy number is not working now. To whom I need to catch now.

    Yesterday Night i have recharged my MTS data Card for 999 plan (1 month unlimited) via rechargeitnow.com website at 10.11 pm, the transaction was not completed and failed in the middle while redirecting to the rechargeitnow website and it showed Transaction ID “0″ in my account and have not receieved sms from my bank, i thought that the Transaction failed and then after 10 min. i recharged with the same plan again at 10.22 pm, it happened like that and the Transaction didn’t complete. next day morning i have received sms from my bank stating that the funds have been deducted, so i have called MTS customer care to cancel 1 of my request and give refund or extend my validity to 2 months, they say that it can’t be done and i have to use the Full 10 GB + 10 GB i.e, 2 plan in the same month. I thought that as i am recharging with same plan and in a span of 10 min. it will be rejected. My mblaze number is: 9133966199. They say that the problem is from my end and they don’t cancel the second request. This is a very Bad Service and injustice to its customer, if my problem is not resolved i am not going to use MTS again, even though i gave complaint for slow Browsing, no action taken and this is the new issue, their customer representatives are reckless and say, they can’t do any thing. Worst Service, Please resolve my problem, within a span of 10 min. time how can my data card will be recharged with same unlimited 1 month plan twice. Thanks

    This is joji from kerala.I took a mts mblazer 625 5GB plan on december 2011.After 20 days of usage i got a call from mts customer care saying that i crossed the credit limit and i have to pay extra 300 rupies .Then i went to the mts store in trivandrum near kazhakootam, and asked about this.whenever i checked the balance , it shows around 4 gb usage..mts store representative give me a confirmation that the bill never exeeds 625 rupies unless your usage increase beyond 5gb..so i use the moderm rest of the days..when i got a first bill,it was shocking for me..it arounds 1500 and something.so i again approches the mts store representative and give the bill and give a complaint and give an application for cancellation of the mts modem..but after that every month i got bill from mts and the now the bill is around 4000..today i got an advocate notice saying that i have to pay something around 3000..what i need to do ?..please give me a reply.

    MTS speed is pathetic. Upto 3.1GB is what is promised. With full signal strength, it is not even giving 100kbps. I am recharging every day for Rs. 96/-, but I cannot surf the way I want. After every 2-3 pages, I get timeout error. Why are you cheating customers?

    Please close the shop, refund our money and we will go to more established players in this field.

    Very disappointed customer.

    i took ur data card (govt plan 2GB day+ 1GB night) in the month of Jan 2012. To say the least, ur services has been themost disappointing. Only ur marketing/ sales personnel were good, but they are also helpless and they request me to take up any matter i post, with customer care. but there is no care for the customer. your billing details are down right cheating. I am charged daily rental for a postpaid plan. anything i use beyond Rs.18.73/- is charged higher. Such conditions are not specified anywhere. Eventhough  the plan is for 2GB+1GB night, i get a bill for Rs.1000/- for a usage of 2GB. Your calculations were not known and explained even by your customer care. they are dodgy to say the least. 
    I sincerely request you to be more transparent in your billing and not cheat people like us. i have sounded all my friends whom i recommended to take ur connection. We all will cancel our connections. A day will come when u will have Customer Care, but without Customers! I know that you will not respond, still i would like to post my point for others to see and judge your services or the lack of it!

     My data card got damage from last 4 month. I went Service center to repair, they told me that Data  Card Notch will come within 15 days. Its still not come. Now my data card Got totaly dead state. From last saven days Service center do Nothin.  Job Sheet no.9111 Name : Amol Service center name is : Galaxy ,ShivajiNagar , Pune
    If u cant take any action on it, Kindly Return my money back.  So that i can go for some other Netconnet Card.
