    From my personal exp I would say pls dont buy MTS data card. Horrible network. Horrible customer service. I had several calls with the higher officials in the south region and they just try to escape from the problem. No solution provided. I am going to stop this connection and move to a new one.

    I bought MTS dongle connection number 8459019396, I have filled verification form best of my knowledge and after 12 days connection is still not working, I have callled 100 of times in call center and they just tell me that information in form is wrong but what is wrong they dont share with me, I am tired of calling sales people, call center and so on, I m 64 year old retired person and was looking to chat with my SON using this dongle and now I am so much frustrated, posting on this complaint cell is my last option hope you can help me.

    Hey, Just now i started using MTS USB Modem, faced the problems, it not get the authentications verified. Automatically disconnected with message (there is some radial error, computer will terminate before connecting) what’s that mean?? not sure what to do. Needs somehelp

      The most hopeless ISP in the country. Their customer care says that the activity log shown on the user’s laptop is wrong. User is told that he has downloaded 6 gb but MTS server says downloaded data to be in the range of 9 gb. Please ………… NO BODY should ever fall in the trap of MTS marketing people EVER…………….

    Really a pathetic experience of using mobile tele service broadband.The speed i got most of time is around 4 to 40 kbps which makes even google takes 15 minutes to open home page.I try to post a complain but it did not got any solution for same.
    Did not expect such a very bad experience with such a reputed experience

    I Have An MTS Broadband Dongle since Last 2 Years. and I am continuosly recharge with 999/- every month. In the begining its performance was very good in downloading and browsing both. But near about 6 months i had recharge it with 198 rs. plan. After that recharge I am suffering to have this MTS dongle. It had lost all its download speed and surfing speed. It is working as a 2G SIM Dongle. I had called many times to customer care but they are also unable to solve this problem. So Kindly suggest me what should I do to get best speed of download and net. Now I even can not view any kind of video due to this slow speed. I am getting very annoying to use this service since last 5 months. Plz. Do Something for Me. I will be thankful to you.

    I am Anupam Ghosh, and I have taken a MTS Broadband Connection (MDN No. 9143149609) on 11th January 2013. I had taken the Datacard from Mr. Suman who is a direct employee of MTS.

    I was told that the connection will be activated within 3-4 working days after Verification is done. Its over 7-8 days, and the connection is not activated yet. I have been getting a call from the customer care for the last 4 days, and everytime they are varifying all my details and told me that my connection will be activated within 1 hour. I am still waiting for that 1 hour.

    I have been communicating with Mr. Suman & the customer care regularly but everytime they are giving me false commitments.

    I am really fed up with the scenarion. Today the Customer care guy had told me that the line will get activated within 24 hours. If this time they fail in keeping their commitment, I want my money back which I had paid for the device. I am not going to let this thing go so easily and would definitely get the explanation for this harassment.

    If anybody can help me out in this regard, would be really thankful to him.

    I had purchased data (MBLAZE) on 09 November 2012 and no. is 8459390071 through connectindia Digital Pvt. Ltd. I was informed that it will be activated on the same day after 09:00 PM.

    Next day, Mr. Sushil called me and informed that a physical verification will be done at my residence and around 16:00 Hrs on 10 November 2012 and data card will be activated after physical verification on the same day.

    No body turned up for physical verification on 10 November 2012 and data card is still not activated.

    I talked to Mr. Anshul Chauhan also on customercare about this problem but he informed that he can’t do anything as retailer has not uploaded documents till date.

    In the view of repeated failures of commitment made by your representatives, it is requested to refund my money back to me immediately.

    Today evening I went at MTS Shop and recharg of Rs 1299/- , when I opened the balance detail at home ,I found that it is showing Data is 3072 MB and valdity for one monthh i.e 28 Oct 2012 only .It is shocking to me .

    Sir, please look into matter and kindly get correct data into my account as per your plan.

    MTS. Completely dumb service. I had purchased MTS Dongle from Jaipur, its worked fine for 8 days, then it stops and saying that your doccumentation is wrong. If it so, then why should they gave me service for 8 days. And doccumentation wrong means my printout of id is somewhat black. Shyaaaaa……..
    Dont go for his MTS Dumb Service. Go for tata photon+ for better experience.

    There is no signal when I choose broadband connection mode. I recharged for 798 or something like that and upto 6gb speed of upto 3.1 mbps promised. First few days I got good connectivity but now broadband connection mode shows no signal. I haven’t exceeded the usage limit. I feel cheated.
    Customer Care is pathetic, cant get through.
    MTS is cheating people…..recommend not to ever go for MTS.

    i thought of mts broadband connection pretty good until a few days back ..
    i recharged with a 999 unlimited but god knows how the 10 gb pack finished in 5 days only for the next 10 days even the yahoo.mts india default page would not open … the speed was like garbage >20kbps … i got frustrated and then again recharged with 647 which is unlimited for social website and provides 4 gb data ..
    but the problem didnt stop,
    the speed sucks .. even google is not opening .. i have to use my mobile for all the internet work and i might remind you the mobile 3g data is very expensive … all my company work is getting effected due to this … i have tried to contact the customer care too but no resolution has been provided … not to mention the customer care representatives can barely understand the problem and have a tuff time speaking proper english. finally got a complaint registered and they said it will be solved in 2 days time and i would get a call from the technical department … its been 5 days now and nothing has been done .. no one has contacted me yet and god knows if you guys really have any tech dept or not .. and now every time i call the customer care to check upon the problem they say the complaint status is open so they cant help me with anything …
    i really thought it was a good operator but now i am not at all happy with the services and not to mention the company never realises the importance of time and work of people getting affected by this .
    please if you can resolve the situation otherwise anyhow there are more 25 days left which may pass under your “open complaint policy”

There is an offer given for the existing users for new MTS Datacard @ 645/-. i ordered the same on 24-08-2012 and paid the payment on 25-08-2012. Also i provided the address proof with in 3 working days. you have given the assurance that you will deliver the product in 2 working days. but still i dint get the product. i did so many calls and follow up’s but you are not responding at all. once in a call you told that you have activated the card and all. How can you activate the card without delivery. i am not responsible for the account because still i dint get the card.

    Take this mail as conformation and cancel the account and re-pay money to the below account. The reason for cancelling the account is ” Not satisfied with MTS Service”.

    Extra 850 MB within 7 days of recharge. offer till 15th August, Applicable once a month.MTS

    I am using MTS MBrowse modem from the last 1 year. at the beginning, it started working well. I reacharged it with 799/- 699/- and so on. In between, it started non functioning. It is bad here, to mention that I made plenty of querries on this regard. I hardly could get the numbers of the one working for MTS. Neither I could be assisted from the dealer. Now this month (August 2012) it hardly worked for a week, even I recharged it for one month unlimited plan. Everytime when I make complain, I am told that the problem will be solved out very soon. Now I wonder, what they mean by saying “soon”? I dont know, today it will work or it is the same. Everyday it is thought that today let my Modem work…. Someone please help me whom to ask and where to complain

    I had the worst experience with MTS. I used to recharge my Data card with Rs.348/ to get 512Mb usage with 30 days validity. Last 26th I had reacharged my data card with the same plan but got the validity only for 7 days. This is true looting in daylight.
    No intimation from your side for this change in No: of days plan and i lost my full amount overnight. This is clear cheating the customers who beleived in you took MTS.When I Called the customer care he is blank and doesnt know any thing.Is this the professionalism?

      Once you connect your Mts Dongle and open the mblaze utility to connect to your data card there you would find an option which says tools. Click on tools and from the drop down choose check my phone number. it will ask you to wait for a few seconds and then will display your number.

    this is a total fraud company , thats a total lie that it runs at a speed of 3.1 mbps i used it for few months it never gave any speed more than few 100 kbps but mostly less than even hundred, i recharged my account with 490 pack but it stopped working after few days and never worked since than i called there customer care but they always disconnect after saying that their server is down so call later ,.my number is 9152115689 and is not working since last 15 days while the validity is upto 29 july 2012

    my mblaze number is 8104987627. i got it recharged online for the 999 unlimited pack with 10 gb about 4 days ago as i had run out of data on my existing 1298 plan (15 gb), but even after the recharge its running at really low speeds of barely 3-4 KBps. i have called the helpline a number of times but they have not resolved this issue yet. it has been 4 days now & no solution. MTS is ripping people off with such bad service n low speeds. My blaze should be running at 3.1Mbps but its not. Please fix this issue immediately. my complaint number is JUL/26874.

    I have MTS Mblaze dongle (no 9145004030) I recharged my account on July 08 around 12.02 pm however as of today (July 12) my account is still not charged. The transaction number is 17483002000, and I have confirmed with the retailer that the transaction has been successfull. I am now without internet services for 4 days after I have reharged and whenever I dial the customer services no given to me it says switched off. Now I want this issue to be resolved as soon as possible or it is better I switch to other service provider since I have already lost money.

    Well i can only say that, mts is the worst service provider .
    am from haryana, but while trying to contact call centre, i am connected with kerala call centre.
    Having a plan with usage upto 15gb, but 1x speed only after 7 gb,
    N i would like to say that mts’s claim about unlimited internet is true,
    because you will never get speed of 3.2 mbps , and would never be able to use all of your balance in a month
    MTs is just Worst worst worst worst worst.
    You should just stop your company before some govt. regulatory agency puts a stop on your cheater, money eater company.

    The guy from whom i bought the data card told me that i would get 3.1mbps download speed…. mine is not even close….i would be more happier if i got atleast 2mbps or even 1mbps….but i am downloading files at a pathetic 50kbps….for files that are small in size 50kbps is tolerable… for files that are sized 10gb , 50kbps?
    you hav to spend the rest of your busy life downloading….
    My request is very simple… if u cant provide download speeds of 3.1 mbps…. stop advertising 3.1 mbps…
    thats a cheap buisness tactic… cheating customers….and you people expect me to bring more customers to the mts family?? yea right… I live in Bangalore, a metropolitan city, and the service is this bad? cant even imagine about rural places..

    Hi i recently purchased a MTS data card. am from chennai . they assured the speed will be 3 Mbps . but am getting the spped upto 25 kbps and my my download speed could be 3 kbps am getting 3 point signal strenth (40%). this shows they are not providing the good signal in a “metropolitan city” then how they provide for other cities. And now i am decided to go for “Consumer court” regarding this matter. i have also registered complaint in customer care. but no action from their side. My MTS number is “8925911965″.

    We purchased a USB modem broad band connection for our yoga centre, a charitable trust, on the promise from your agent that if the net connection is not available with that usb modem at calicut medical college housing board area, he will take back the modem and will refund the amount. But after the purchase, it is seen that connection is not getting at that place with that modem. Once the said agent came to that place and found the complaint is correct, and told me that the problem can be solved by connecting the modem with a booster, and also agreed to supply the same to me with in two days. But after this, though I am trying to contact the said agent several time, neither he is responding to my calls nor supplied the booster. In this condition, this modem is a useless object for me. Please look into this matter and do the needful.

    On 4th of June I bought MBLAZE number 8459973884 for my personal use ,

    The MBlaze which was supposed to provide the speed of 3.1 MBPS was only able to give 0.12 MBPS or even less , for the same I called the service center and raised an Issue number Jun/4842 now I request you to go though the below points and ask your self ,what you are giving is called customer service or Customer Trouble :-

    1) the customer care executive who raised the complaint on call promised the responce within 10 hours ,but there was no responce for 2 days ,after 2 days a executive visited the place and verified that my report was true and there was no PC or device fault and he also sent the screen Prints of the same to his reporting authority and confirmed the network team would visit shortly to check ,

    2) waiting for 2 days again the network team people came and checked and again verified that there was some congestion problem in the area and lots of other people have been reporting the same Issue from this Area and have been provided some temporary solution till the site is updated .

    **3)** (IMPORTANT ) I RECEIVE MESSAGE ON MY CELL THAT MY COMPLAINT IS RESOLVED ,AND SHORTLY RECEIVE CALL FROM SUCHIT :SIR THERE IS SOME CONGESTION PROBLEM IN YOUR AREA AND THIS WILL TAKE SOME TIME TO RESOLVE AND WHEN I ASK HIM HOW MUCH TIME HIS ANSWER IS WE CANNOT COMMIT BUT IT MIGHT TAKE 2-3 MONTHS SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT ,WHEN I ASKED HIM THAT THIS IS NOT A RESOLUTION BECAUSE ITS NOT ONLY ME BUT OTHERS TOO FACING THE ISSUE ,AND IF THIS IS THE CASE SHOULD I GET MY CONNECTION SURRENDERED HIS RESPONCE IS SURE SIR IF YOU WANT YOU CAN DO THAT BUT WE CANNOT PROVIDE ANY RESOLUTION TO THE ISSUE ,SO I ASKED HIM TO LEAVE THE TICKET OPEN AND DO NOT CLOSE IT HE SAYS HE HAS TO CLOSE THIS BUT CANNOT PROVIDE THE RESOLUTION ,I WANTED TO RAISE THIS TO HIS SENIOR BUT HIS RESPONCE WAS SIR THIS IS THE SENIOR MOST DEPARTMENT AND THERE IS NO MORE SENIOR ARGUING ON THE SAME THAT HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING BUT CLOSING THE TICKET AS RESOLVED AND I HAVE TO LIVE WITH MY PROBLEM FOR UNKNOWN PERIOD .

    4) for the same when i called the customer care and requested to reopen the same complaint ,the executive informed that once closed the compalaint cannot be reopened and he raised another ticket for the same ,also about suchit I wanted another ticket to be raised but again as per the executive there was not TAG system available with then to raise complaint for behavioral complaints :- does that mean MTS executive are provided all the rights to misbehave and give whatever responses they like also MTS deserves the rights to sell the product and not to provide the service and resolutions to user Issues ?

    I get 5GB of data usage as per the plan I have but with the current speed and responce I am not at all able to download and by the end of the month still have 3.6 GB unusable with me ,Is there any other word than loot for this kind or product services ?

    Please be generous enough to atleast respond to this email ,not sure though if any effective step would be expected out of this .I am very Disappointed and filled with agitation towards this kind of response and the only statement I can give to others is never to opt for MTS

      I have also problem, At selection broadband it shows no network. Customer care raised a complaint and give number Jan3658. The speed is too slow than when i connect my tatadocomo 2g plan. I was getting consistant 150kbps in tatadocomo. But MTS cheaters. Try to get away from them maximum.
      I am waiting for resolution.

            I am very disappointed with the customer service of MTS since my agent itself had been rude and misbehaved to me and i had to go to the office and i had to shout at the office, i was also billed for 2 months even when i had informed my agent to block my account when i was outside the country but he did not do it and finally i went to the office and informed the zonal manager and he offered me discounts but i refused and paid for each and every single rupees. I did mention to him to check thee internet speed in my house since it is not at all good and he asked if he needs me to activate the connection and i told him that i will be leaving to Dubai in a couple of days and if you guys want to check the internet you can but not for me. The next day the sevice guy came and checked and said that the tower reception people will come the next day and even no one came in the next 3 days and i left the country. When i was at the aiport i called my agent and informed the matter and told him to check with my account since i did not ask for activating it. This all happened in december 2011. My parents informed that there was a bill which came in january and i again called my agent and he said he will take care. In february the bill came again with more amount and informed my agent and he said that he will take care of that. Now in march also the bill came for almost 3000 ++ and another letter mentioning that you guys will be filing a case against this.
            Tell me if i have made any mistake from my side and why my agent does not have a proper customer service attitude and once he has given the connection and received the money he just ignored me.
            Now for no reason i have received a bill and i am not in the country.
            I called up the customer service for taking my data card no etc.. but they say that there is no account in my name, this is really annoying and irritating. My device is in my cupboard in India and i need to send the data card number to check with this and how do i go about doing it.
            Totally the service is pathetic of MTS.
            I had to say all this due to the hectic service which i am getting from MTS.
